Associated with the offices and on the same site we have built a 300,000 sq.ft distribution warehouse with full MHE installation.

Appointed by the client for planning and Construction Design Management.

 

The project value was Construction £20m and fit out £17m

Relocation Dichtomatik Pride Park, Derby

New UK HQ for importers and distributers of ‘O’ rings and seals for german Company, covering 10,000 sq.ft. office building and 15,000 sq.ft. warehouse. Associated with the offices and on the same site we have built a 300,000 sq.ft distribution warehouse with full MHE installation.

Appointed to obtain Planning and Building Control approvals then working drawings and specification to negotiate and administer the contract.

 

The project value was Construction £1.20m and fit out £0.7m
